Terms of Use

Orders can be placed directly online through bunjicatering.com.au


A minimum of 24 hours is usually required for orders.  If you have an urgent requirement please get in touch with us, we can often make thing happen.  Late requirements may have a surcharge applied. 


We delivery between 8ooam and 5oopm weekdays.  Deliveries can be requested outside these hours, including weekends, additional charges may be applied.  Delivery is included into the CBD orders over $250 .  Orders under $250 will incur a $50 delivery fee (delivery is waived for ongoing clients). Cancelation charges will apply when your catering order has been confirmed ad where we have incurred costs. 


Food is generally delivered on platters or boxes ready to service.  Collection of platters and boxes is usually schedule for same day or next business day.  Please have all serving ware accounted for and ready for collection.   Losses will be invoiced at replacement cost. 


We can cater for most dietary requirements, all dietary requirements will be labelled and boxed separately. 


Payments for all orders must be made prior to delivery unless you are an approved account holder.  Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard and EFT incur 2% fee – unfortunately AMEX fees apply for transaction cards at 4%.  If you are ordering catering for a third party and they are responsible for settling the account, the order must be paid for in full prior to delivery. 


Bunji Catering is a joint venture entity running under Jarrah Integrated Service: ABN 56 622 902 167 - this will appear on all customer bank transactions. 


All prices are exclusive of GST.

No refunds are accepted 24 hours before delivery. 


Food Safety:  All food should be stored safely and, if not refrigerated below 5C, or heated above 65C, consumed within 2 hours of delivery.  After 2 hours, all food not consumed can be refrigerated for later consumption.  Any food not consumed within 4 hours cannot be refrigerated or reheated and must be disposed of.
